As home-based workshop all jobs are by appointment – just use the contact form to get a slot within 24 hours. If you need a FastTrack turn around mention it on the form.
How long will it take ?
- Enquire via contact form (mention urgency if have shows coming up)
- Get next available dropoff appointment slot
On the appointment date
- Drop off the amp as arranged. Quick listen, evaluation and agree approach and timescales.
- During service or repair I will keep you informed if anything unexpected comes up.
- Once completed, I will email over an invoice containing full details of the work performed, how you can pay and suggest some pick up slots.
- Pick up fully serviced amp with Electrical Equipment Test sticker once satisfied
- Make music.
